So I may not have room for a 75 gallon tank after all unfortunately. I may have to go with something smaller like a 55. Is that too small for mbuna, peacocks, or Lake Victoria cichlids? I'm interested in all male setups potentially.
55's & 75's are the same length and only 5" in width difference...
A 55 is too small for peacocks long term. They grow to 7"+ as adults. A group of mbuna could work, maybe 8-10 fish. I have never kept LV fishes so I cannot advise regarding those guys
