Smart Plugs for fish tank.

Hi i purchased a couple Tappo P110 plugs, but i have noticed that there is no notification if they are offline, Does anyone have any recommendation on anything that will notify me. I seen possibly something called Home assistant but not very clued up on that.

If anyone can advise me on any solutions they currently use that would be great.

I run all my smart plugs through Alexa. All my tank lights are on smart plugs. As well as a remote pump for pumping out the tanks.
Alexa gives you the status of all your smart plugs and switches.

I don't know the Tappo interface, but I use the Tuya app to control my smart plug. There is an offline notification setting that alerts you if something is suppose to be on but has been offline for more than 30mins. If the Tappo app doesn't have the feature Tuya should support their outlets.
