Smelly tank let me know what u think

HI guys I set up my 120 gallon on Monday. I plan on throwing 2 Peacock bass in there. I have noticed when i open up the tank lid It smells like there is 10 wet ass dogs in my tank it smells horrible. I have Cascade 1500 EHeim 2217 and ac 110 on their for filtration. Only fish in there is a pleco right now i would really appreciate any help on what to do or what is causing this.. Thanks

Charcoal is the only material I know of which will remove the odor from your water/tank. Good luck with finding a solid answer.
