Seems like this is a fairly popular subject right now.

I just built a small pond (90gal) and moved some of my goldfish into it from my 55. If the three goldies I put in there last for two weeks then I'll be adding the other 4 that I have. I also picked off all the ramshorn snails I could find and threw them in the pond too. They're not bad right now, but I know they will be in the next few months. So is there a fish I can add to the pond that will play nice with the goldfish? They're all between 8" and 12"

And I'll try to get a pic of the pond tomorrow. I just have to find a working camera around my house.

Your goldfish will be the best snail control if you do not overfeed them. In fact by under feeding them they will take to eating the snails more so. I had commons and comets eating the snail population for the main part of their diet for a few months. They continued to grow and the snail population continued to fall.
