ok so i want to put together a clean up crew for my 10 gallon FOWLR setup what kind and how many of anything should i get???

Turbo 5?
Cerith 3?
Nerite 3?

mr. reef says stay away from turbos, they get too big, and in a 10G tank that would be an issue methinks.

I am told one snail/crab per gallon is good, I am slowly adding to my 20G and right now I have 6 various snails/crabs and they are not keeping up. I am going to add another astrea snail some time this week, I think that will keep my glass clean but still need more crabs for the sub strait.

ok cool thanks for the info

Has anyone seen or heard of this.
Last week one of my turbo snails ate a nerite.
I went to take a pic but battries were dead in the camera.
I even tried to pull the nerite out of the turbo and it would not let go.
The turbo is fine and can't find any piece of the nerite shell.

Not a turbo then, but there are many carniverous snails, post a pic so we can ID if it is actualy a turbo or if not what it actualy is.

Here is a few (I know poor quality pics) of my turbo snails the one of ate a nerite snail.

As far as I know they are turbos and are smaller than a golf ball.
