Ha! I wouldn't really recommend spending the money for assassins to put in this tank. I would increase your maintenance, squish teh adult snails you see, and feed more sparingly.

I have seen in some Lfs they use a mini trap...
Clear plastic container with lettuce inside and a hole in the middle of the plastic container. This may help you keep control and like everyone says to also have a back up cleanup crew

snail trap is a good idea. You can take a water bottle, cut off the top where it starts to flare out and invert it back into the bottle. Put bait inside at lights out then remove a few hours later. Rebait, repeat.

if its possible you could buy a partition and partition half the tank and buy some fish that will eat these snails, then when the snails are gone you will have some fish that you have effectively quarantined as feeders.
