Loaches are also a fun way to get rid of alot of snails doesn't have to be clowns all loaches love snails
This is a blanket statement. Not all loaches eat snails. Dojos, kuhlis and hillstreams don't. All loaches of botiine genus however indeed relish snails as invertebrates are primarily their diet in the wild.

I really like Uwes idea though i didn't know there were preditory freshwater snails
Assassins are indeed predatory. Apple snails are involved in rare occasions particularly the Pomacea canaliculata and Pomacea insularum. Once they get the taste of fish especially when fed with tunas, they begin to hunt down any fish. The salton seas (Pomacea insularum) are powerful snails reaching 4 inches in diameter and these do bite especially your hands.;)

so how do you get rid of the preditory sails after they have eaten the others do they breed like the others i would hate to trade 1 problem for another

If you are referring to the assassin snails, these snails are very slow to breed and grow. This might explain why they are expensive for such small snails especially as their demand is very high and the supply isn't always big. Keep the assassin snails and make sure to have a spare 5g to breed the pond snails as constant supplies for the assassins otherwise feed the assassins with meaty foods such as bloodworms.
