they like cooler water and are strictly algae eaters. They rarely do well in a tank for long. I would not keep pomacea diffusa (mystery snails) with that stock list but if you coulod get some of the larger species (which are banned from interstate transport) like canas or haustrums or maybe even columbian rams they may work.
