i wonder if there is any risk of the snake rupturing from the claws on the lizard ?

I guess there's always that possibility but that particular species of python specializes in eating other reptiles.

yea eating something a lot bigger than them can have a chance of rupturing. a anaconda tried eating an aligator one time and half way thru the anaconda exploded lol leaving both of them dead.

i wonder how long a meal of this proportion lasts until the snake is hungary again..
