i was filming, my brother and his friend were in the background, we are feeding fuzzies for the ball python's safety, plus he has a habit of swallowing his food backwards, which doesn't cause problems with fuzzies..
in any case, i think 2 fuzzies is an apprpriately sized meal for him, an adult mouse would be half as long as him and a fair bit wider...
but honestly he can take a large hopper it LEAST. like i said all my new born balls get fed reg mice.
i dont mean to argue, im just tryin to help and let you know that it is ok to go bigger. and if you can get him on rat pinks and fuzzies he will grow alot better. and be even healthier than he would be on mice.
