im calling a fake. if this was real, wouldn't the foot be around its vent? I would also say that if it did happen, it would be on a python... at least they have spurs that could mutate... maybe.

It has a huge bulge in it's stomach. It clearly ate whatever that is sticking the leg out. Just like the Burm in florida that had the gator burst it's belly open killing both animals.
