Ouch! A-worms on a small fish can be very tramatic. Hope he does ok.

I know you can buy commercial anchor worm treatments, but aquarium salt might help as well.

You should probably treat with some parasite meds. Either Jungle parasite cure or Cyro-Pro or Prazi-Pro. I can't remember which one is for anchor worm I think it's cyro-pro though. The med does call for LARGE water changes weekly, but they do their job. I would also salt at 1/2 normal dosage. Good Luck.
