Prazi is not suitable for anchorworms. You want either trichlorfon (also called organophosphates, neguvon, masoten, dylox), or dimilin for that. The adult parasites clinging on the fish should be removed carefully using tweezers or you'll end up using a higher concentration of pesticide to kill them and end up harming the fish instead. Once the parasites are carefully removed, treat the wounds with betadine/iodine solution. Hydrogen peroxide is another option but betadine is sufficient enough and will not remove the damaged tissues since the HP must be used only ONCE.

ya i did put feeders for them to eat ...

ok ill try for the medsin for anchor worms but i have seen manual removal of the worms is that safe and can it harm the fish ?

Remove them manually. It's much quicker. Keep him in the net, and wet while you do it, and he'll be Ok. Good luck.

i have changed 25% of the water and has added the med ... i tried to removed it by hand but it was dificult alone ill try agin with someone to help me

thnks for everyones help ill keep update

Use the tweezers when you remove the parasites. Did you use it at all?

after hav9ing put the med my snakeheads are like shy they hide a lot

That's because snakeheads and ancient fish are sensitive to chemicals/meds. It tells you on the bottle when treating these fish to use half the dosage!!! It's too late now though because he hates you for it and next time you feed him he's gonna have your fingers.
