Hi, just wondering what you guys think this snakehead could be, thanks for any help

looks more like channa argus

shouldn't argus show a clearer, less washed pattern?
The clearly visible white border in the anal fin also doesn't look like argus.
To me it looks like panaw or punctata.

panaw never really has that solid stripe from the eye and has a different pattern. Channa punctata would be a better guess, due to the pattern matching. But as far as panaw the head shape is 100% different than this one.

Panaw has a longer, flatter headshape.
