asia gourmet menu :

micropeltes and straita flesh slice fried with onion and ginger. deep fried covered with tomato sauce, sliced flesh cooked with porridge, sliced flesh, tomato slices, ginger in meehoon soup

clown fish : scrap the flesh made into fish balls, steam style with ginger slice

among all the freshwater fish marble goby is the best and most expensive. it's flesh is so tender and normally steamed style

illegally imported live snakehead sold as food would make a great illegally imported live snakehead as a pet.
 
The Chinese in Malaysia believe snakehead, commonly channa striata, to be good for healing wounds. Snakehead porridge is a common remedy. This could be due to the Chinese name - 'sang yue' meaning 'alive fish' or 'fish of life'. I personally suspect this is because of their ability to breathe air.

I ote a snakehead today :) ! A Channa Marulioides ^^ All species taste different, but my favourites is Marulioides and Striata. They taste so DELICIOUS :) !
 
I also forget Marulius :) damn they taste so good! :)
 
remember cathing this guy PI cooking them SOUP..really good..yum..yummy
