did they grow up together? ive had two oscars in my recent setup but none could hack it, mine seem to get bullied by amphilopus... i miss my old one, died a year or so ago, i think it was old age, i got him fully grown had him for three years and he looked ancient, he was about 15inch.
 
yea, they are so common for a reason! imo the most personable cichlid... like a dog. i think my snakeheads mind ticks, slowely planning the death of each and every tank mate haha.
 
Lol my turtle eats snake heads but won't eat goldfish what gives?lol

wonder why tortoises arnt carnivourous, a giant land snapping turtle would be terrifing but slow lol...
 
I had a channa gachua, channa aurantimaculata, common pleco, bristlenose pleco and a synodontis cat fish in the same tank for around 6months, then i removed the common pleco and the synodontis and the aurantimacuata has attacked the gachua why is this?? what should i do???
 
If they are fighting fit a divider till you get rid of one or get another tank... quite commen among all communitys, if you remove one fish it can upset the balance.
