Awesome!:D from bacon you can move to others. Bait anglers often make sure that if they use chunks of beef or chicken meat it must be bloody besides of course being raw, the smell would attract them to strike. How many Giant Snakeheads do you have in there? Awesome looking and thank you for sharing.

But I must ask, isn't one bigger than the rest? And isn't that big one eating more or getting more food than others due to its size and speed? As you may have known, if his tankmates are small enough, that big one may turn on them at anytime at all as it has happened before...sometimes one would even eat another young Giant that is just a little smaller..that you wouldn't expect to be eaten. Make sure the little ones get food too, make sure they are looking pregnant too, it would trigger their growth rate.

Can I see another picture?:D Lol, good luck there and congrats!;)

well I have three of them,at first they are of the same size 2.5 inch till suddenly one of them grew 12 inch in just a month,I dont know what heppened I just feed them mosquito fish, goldfish, live shrimps and bloodworms, alot of them here reacted on that growth rate,at first I wasnt so amazed because I thought its just normal for SH.Many of them dont believe as if im just braggin, hehehe anyway im happy..now they eat porkchops too hehehe but they eat as if they just want to fill thier stomach, they still crave for live food I know,I've owned different freshwater fishes and I may say SH are the smartest of them all, they are very intelligent and built for the kill, cichlids are also intelligent but SH can outsmart them I can say,Redtail cats are also cool they're like dogs hehhe I like them too

That's cool, just make sure you don't lose the little ones. You are right about the Snakehead, by that we mean the Giant Snakehead as it is the greatest hunter in its family. It is a perfectly designed predator, perfect speed, balance, strength..with that torpedo shaped profile, it seems the fish's head and jaws are perfectly designed for power, explosive impact that comes with deadly teeth and the body to tail for perfect balance and speed. Such aggressiveness, such personality.

And thank you for that picture, now I remember..that it was you who posted the Snakehead vs Gar thread.:D Cool pictures and I like your floating plants very much along with that..umm..almond leaves? Which is good for the fish and turns the colour of the water like the colour of a nice river or lake.

oh I just tried papaya hehehe ,i just bought a blue net and they know that when I use that blue net and open the lid that means its feeding time hehehe maybe they dont really like that papaya

What i did with my 13" Red was overfeed live for 2 weeks (adjust water change schedule for increased feeding) starved him for 10 days. now, just today actually, he is taking tetra krill. he wouldnt even consider it as food before. hopefully it sticks. its funny to watch him eat the krill though, he pounces on them like they were gonna swim away. Good luck with yours!
