Snakehead wont eat

Its not a wonder the snakehead does not eat, hes afraid of the catfish. Channas are often shy when there are aggressive or bigger tankmates. They should be kept in species tanks
he has eaten! and no the redtail havent eaten him yet. he only tried it once some week ago or what it was . the SH usally trys to get the shrimp / other fish i feed them with before the redtail gets it all . anyway ive been trying to get rid off the RTC seems like no1 wanna buy it. gonna have to give it away before i go on vacation as im afraid if i leave them alone the RTC will eat it.
hope you got rid of the RTC, your redline would definitely be dinner to it. If not yet, just a matter of time. GL!
unfortunatly this is the problem with rtc,s , every one wants the little babys no one wants the larger ones , iam afraid giving him away is probably the only option , and to think about 15 years ago yours would of fetched £450 / $900 in the uk , but now there everywhere
belive me mate , i kept mine well fed and he eat two of my reds that where nearly the same size as him , he WILL eat the red sooner or later , i have also had one that eat a black arrow nearly the same size as him , and again it was well fed and in a 9ft tank, your catfish is just saving the red for later
