depends where u are. If its rare in your area then the price for it would be high because the demand is high. If its common as sin then dont bother selling it

12 inch should be about 120-140 ish. since you live in walnut SO-CAL.
i say more leaning towards 140.

when i bought my albino striata. he was 2-3 inch and 80 bucks. redline was 4-6 inch for 60. so yea. i juss say u tell your mom to cook it up in korean fish soup since its not worth getting in trouble with the law.
