So I caught one today, a 3lber and while removing the hook, it latched on to my thumb, was stuck in it mouth for a good five minutes, nothing would release it's vice like grip, and it was munching away so I had to stab it in the head to kill it.....I felt bad but I didnt want to lose a finger..er thumb... my thumb was all bloody and is now swollen

WOW!!! the 1 in da 1st pic. is a beast bro. I used 2 live in VA. Suffolk as a matter of fact. done alot of fw fishing but never caught any SH's .I really miss Virginia!!!

Oh baby. Would I love to catch me one of those. I had a bowfin try to clamp down on my hand one time. Had to hurt. But seriously you should kill everyone that you catch...or send them to me.

Awesome catches. I certainly hope someday people will realize that they are a good sport fish.

BTW you should invest in some of Boga Grip type things. Boga Grips are expensive but there are now other brands that make some very affordable ones.
