snakeheads legal in U.S.?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
all are illegal in every state in the U.S other than maryland in which all but 2 species are legal.

I think they are still illegal in all of the U.S. but I believe it was Maryland was trying to pass a bill to allow certain tropical species.

the 2 species illegal in maryland are Maculata and Argus

Ok, i don't know about Maryland

transporting the fish in or out of the state is illegal though, and being that they don't naturally occor in maryland that would make the ones not breed there illegal.

the closest fish u can get to a snake is a highfin wolf. where in MI u from?

they are illegal sadly

Edit: but they are a pest to fisherman!
