I guess we will have to wait and see what they do in the Potomac in NoVa and the White River in Arkansas.

I called my friend that works for Arkansas DNR yesterday to ask for any updates on the White River population and he said theyve post-poned everything until at least Feb due to flooding. Worst case scenario is the fish move because of the flood and then they could easily get into the Mississippi and from there they would have free reign to pretty much any body of water east of the Rockies...
 
Which is full of threatened/endangered species which its not good thing.

I agree, but to be honest they are not very worried and its not a top priority right now. That alone should tell you something.
 
I know Chinese snakehead is still new and hasnt or have little been research on what the chinese SH have effects on the waterways. Right now they are focus on asian carps as they are getting closer to the Great Lakes than snakehead.
