Well there are a few places in the usa that its legal to keep sub tropical dwarf channa,however its illegal to import them,so basically unless theres someone with a group of sub tropicals then basically your stuck in limbo,which leaves it as illegal across the whole of the usa...

so glad i live n the UK...nothing EVER gets banned here lol

lol channa argus is a banned species in the uk...There is quite an exstensive list of fish banned here, including most crayfish, but lets not get into that one..hehe

also "In Ohio, it is against state law to get a fish drunk" just incase you needed to know
