Finally figured it out. Snappy likes the view from his or her penthouse. Don't worry, Snappy finds the way out with no problem of drownding. Thanks for viewing Dave.

it looks like its some sortof globe above the tank that is filled with water from the tank with an entrance for fish to swim in and out of. sort of like those fish highway things
