Nice! What are the dimensions on that tank?

Thanks bro, the dims are 48.5" x 14.5" x 16.5"

It's a very small tank, and short too, the stand is about 18" tall.

This is so that when I find a nice tosakin, I can easily see it from above :)

Wow! The snow white ryukin is gorgeous.:jaw: Any chance of getting veiltail goldies, Sergio?

Thanks Lupe! She's a matt white ryukin, solid black eyes, blushing gills on clear operculum on both sides, and no other pigment at all. She's my fav!

I'm not planning to get any veils unless one of my youngin's turns out to be one by chance.

I prefer the wide fins that Pearl has (my white ryukin).

I plan on doing a photo thread of the place where I get my golds from, I'm sure other goldfish peeps will get a kick out of it.

Very nice goldfish and i love teh red

Thanks! Glad you dig the setup, it turned out exactly how I planned it so far and I'm extremely happy with it!

I actually have one ryukin here whose tail is similiar to your matte white ryukin. He isn't pure white though with his orange and black speckles and then blue tinge. Yours is very pretty. Maybe if they meet, my Teddy would just flip to that beauty.:D

You might want to make sure if you are getting lionchus, lionheads or ranchus that they get their fair share of food. I was not successful in combining them with ryukins. The ryukins eat like pigs. Even my adult oranda could not compete well, thanks to his wen growth so they're separated. The young orandas will not have issues though.

There's another thing. If you do want to add plants, you could always plant them in decorative pots, bowls or vases and place them there. I use crypts, vals and water lettuce. I don't have luck with Egeria densa which they easily destroyed.

I don't have the hardcore knowledge you do about golds, but I've only seen one other matte white ryukin and it was on goldfish connection, and it had black spots on the fins.

I've been keeping an eye on the ranchu and he gets his share, but as its wen comes in and for the orandas too, I'll have to keep an extra sharp eye on them, especially since I have 3 ryukins.

I finished the setup and will post in the main photo lounge and link it here.

man, I love monster fish, but at the same time, I always have a spot in my heart for goldfish. Love their relaxed slow swimming and flowing fins and colors.

This tank is a tribute to their history.
