bah lots of room

hang the hob on the side of the tank and you are good

you can still get your legs beside the bed between the tank an the bed

just make sure to put the background on the tank before you fill it .

Clearly that is a bad situation you must rectify. Luckily you can get a twin size bed pretty cheap. Got to have your priorities straight.
