So CO2 diffusers Work?

I'd recommend you run a double T12 setup. Either that or a 55 or 65W CF light. The hydor co2 unit is probably just a reaction chamber I assume, and 4 bubbles per minute is very low. I personally run 4-6 bubbles per second.

the second pic (with light off) leaves have a redish tint to them
then the third is a half decent pic but not sure what it is.

The plant in the 3rd is a little tough to tell, with the pic quality, but I'm gonna guess a rotala specie.
The first plant looks like Cryptocoryne wendtii, the second is Cryptocoryne wendtii 'bronze', and the third looks to be Heteranthera zosterifolia, also known as stargrass.
Check up in the plant profiles sticky. If it isn't there, request it in the plant profiles requests thread.
You can also try the 20" 40 watts USA current, you just need to change the bulb to 10k/6700k combo though.
and the plant the looks like marijuana is Myriophyllum mattogrossense the pics looks like its still in emersed growth.
