Thanks everyone ! I moved some of the other fish out and he came out and ate some carnivore pellets with my ompok cat. Very cool fish. not very active but very cool.
 
the best of my knowledge they gain activity with size.

shipping shouldnt be much from rapps your in jersey. ups ground is cheap.
 
I gave a TSN to my buddy like three weeks ago because the other two became stingray dinner, and he/she is just now getting its stripes at about 6 1/2 inch. They are my favorite Shovelnose catfish. I just wish I wound not have gave him it because now I regret it.
