Thats one of the most common tankmates an asian aro usually have in the east.
They probably do it because the KKParrots are so red and it compliments the aros.

Widebad Datnoids are also mixed a lot because of chinese beliefs. Arowana - Dragon, Datnoid - Tiger. Of couse, a lot do it just because its a good combination.
