Are you heating the room or individual tanks?
 
both. all tanks will have heaters. insulating the room like i did and heating it durring the winter should cut down the elec bill. ill find out around december. i havnt been working on it much in the past few.... i just picked up a stand that holds 3 60 gal tanks so thats 3 more that will be running this week. lil at a time. i love seeing the pile of empty tanks disapear. i finaly finished the 3 shelf oddtank stand too. tanks are 2ft x 3ft x 13 inches tall. now i have 2 walls left to build stands on. 1 wall im puting another 3 60 gal stand and a double 135 gal stand final wall im puting a 240 with a stand above it that holds 5 20 gals. i was in there tonight off n on tearing down old stands getting readt to continue this room. ill be posting pics soon i promise! =)
 
so its wintertime so after me slacking durring the summer cause all my tank temps were imaccualte in the unfinished room. cold temps are on the way and the fishroom dropped to 60 last night. i went and bought the door and 2xs to finish the last wall and insulate. ill be taking pics soon and ill do a walkthrough video. stay tuned!

Hey, got any updates or updated pics? I started reading your thread as a guest and it got me to join MFK and really ramp back up into the hobby. I'm looking out for a big tank now, but it would be great to get an update on your project!
 
wow looks really great! I wish I had a fishroom like that, looks really cool. andI also like the beetle, its the oval window kind which means its a little older and rarer than normal, rarity goes like this.

been forever but i started fiberglassing and drywalling the last walls today. now i can start moving in my aquarium racks, running airline, filling and cycling tanks. id like to be close to finished with the room at least by nov. ive been on disability so its hard to work for 5 mins, sit, 5 mins, sit. sorry for anyone that was actualy following this at 1 time. still have 21 tanks running in there. once room is finished i can move the other tanks back in and the ply build begins!
