Yeah, i'd say venison is my favorite too, it costs a bit more than beef at the store, but not a huge amount more. Most of what we use tends to be beef mince or chicken though.

My favorite fish is gurnard. Small tasty fillets. Or Halibut.

That scares me on so many levels, for example they can cram any type of fish on the can and label it as tuna, happens all the time especially with canned or fish sticks.
