sun cats are rather active for catfish and grow to about 8-12 inches long. they might be a good choice. They look a bit like bullheads with larger eyes and more colour

how about voluture cats or crystal eyed cat? bullheads are ok but messy, silver sharks are cool. or a walking catfish, they are really cool because after a while they grow accustomed to their owners and become very responsive to them.

Well I have been gone for awhile sorry to respond so late. I think I would love a gulper. I thought they got much bigger than that. I just have to make sure that they will not eat anything in the tank I do not want. They are super cool fish.
