What about Chattanooga or Gatlinburg Tennessee? Its "up north" to you. Has beautiful mnts with a chance of snow but not too cold, Southern Charm, not too expensive, plus has the VERY NICE tennessee aquarium in Chattanooga and ok Ripleys aquarium in Gatlinburg. If you drive you could even stop at the MASSIVE Geargia Aquarium in Atlanta!
I think that would be a great choice! Go with a lover and rent your self a shilae (**** how do you spell that?) but anyway you know, an A-frame cabin in the mnts. There is nothing better then being naked in the snow in a hottub on the back porch of a secluded cabin in the mnts with a lover....awesome from experience!!
