Well we may never know the truth. If I hadn't asked John about taking your fish I can't even think what you would have done.

First you're all happy that I asked him about taking your fish in and now that your arows dies you're calling me a jerk? Why not look at yourself you selfish little prick?

BTW Who's Liz? I don't know all the members here by first name u know

1st part- and i thank you for that, the others are donig great, and they arent in some local fish store, or withsomeone who does less of a job taking care of em.

2nd part-no i was just offended when you said, all things die eventually, and it wasnt even her time to go. i enjoyed those 5 years but there could have been more to come.

3rd part- liz is "red devil"

john- absolutely no offense to you brah, we both did what we could, it just happened, maybe one day ill understand why the good lord took her from me despite all i did to avoid it, maybe one day i will understand but for the time being ill say to the good lord thanks *******! :) after i have seen the light i will ask for forgivness.

settle down guys, settle down

Yes all living things die. I lost a pbass last week due to a stroke. It was one of my most aggressive eaters and was only 14" but it died out of the blue. Can I do anything about it? No I can't. There's only so much you can do to care for a fish and give it the best care they can get but no matter how healthy they are they can easily die anytime for no reason and I'm sure there are many people that have experienced that with many different fish.

There is no need to justify anything.
This is exactly why you should never give up a fish. With a fish so big, the move itself could kill them.

this was actually my first fish that died for no apparent reason

the others that died i had a good idea what might have happened, but for her to die as i think about how johns other two arowana (one which was crammed in a bucket at the size it was) survived transportation.... i am at a loss man.
