So mad @ microsoft. 360 melting discs

Today ive had to arange for microsoft to pick up my 360 (for the 2nd time) along with 4 games as my 360 wont play any games anymore, and has melted the edges of 4 games which are Guitar hero 2+3, rock band and army of two. Im just so mad. And i had just downloaded the motorhead song pack for GH3 and the Disturbed one for rockband, has anybody else had this problem

so is it proper melted or scratched , i just sent mine away to germany. scratched 2 of my games up real bad but no biggy i can get them repaired at my local game station for like 2 pound so no big deal.

Proper melted, the worst one is GH3 where all of the edge is wobbley

Ive spent easily over £200 in accessories i mean last week i spent £120 on the instrument pack for rock band, and ive spent £70 in microsoft points so i can play the extra songs on GH3 and Rock band:
