you should of stopped it not recorded it:swear: add her into a breeding trap and add acouple airstones in.

Well it was when it wasn't serious I recorded it. I did however try and stop them many times, but the FM as usual was stubborn and went back for more. Plus I don't have any breeding traps. All my QT tanks are full as well. So I tried to keep them seperate but I couldn't and then the last time she went for him he beat her down and I could do anything. BELIEVE ME I TRIED ALL I COULD but I had no where to put her. I do not have dividers as I have never needed one and I don't breed fish so it's not important for me to have a breeding trap. I am however going to petco on their tank sale and buying 2 29's and 2-30's for more QT tanks. I will pickup some breeding traps as well. Please don't flame me because I couldn't do anything about it. If My 20 gallon was free I would of put her in it but my Carpinte is in there for QT and he is about 30 times more aggressive as the con so.... you tell me, would she have been better off dead almost instantly in the 20 gallon or still have a fighting chance in her tank?

Sad :( How about moving your convict to 125gal with jag ?

FM is no match for convict. Mine was bullied by a 2.5" severum

Well my 125 is empty as of now that is just the stocking plan. Although I do have the Carpinte, but is in QT as mentioned. She is going to die in a matter of an hour to hours. Should I try to save her until she die's or should I end it? Although I can't kill animals so it will be extremely tough for me. She's fighting as of now to stay alive in the make-shift QT tank I have just built for her. She was always the super aggressive one but now the con has turned the tables. This thread has turned from being proud of the con to a matter of life and death. I didn't know she was at all hurt enough to die earlier but she just got progressively worse.

ok i would fight till the end, i have tured fish around from death to surrvial, does the new tank has a filter and what not?, if it does put a towel over and put it in the dark in a quiet place also have alot of airation in there and abit of salt. GL hope she recovers. you could also add some melafix or/and pimafix

also if the 125is empty why not add her into that if its cycled and what not

The tank doesn't even have water in it lol. I am in the process of finishing up the stand. It will be instantly cycled though because I have cycled media running on the 40 right now until it's ready then I'll add it to the 125's filters and set it up. Also I don't have any aquarium salt. Is there a substitute I can use? Oh and the make-shift thing doesn't have a filter on it and such. I am just changing the water with more tankwater and then when the tank gets to low I add water.
