I been wondering about the new windows based phones too if they are up to par yet...
 
I'm looking at LG Spectrum 2. Anyone has used it and cared to comment?
 
Still not alot of bad going on... The maps thing was fixed already, people complaining the phone is too light lol, the purple picture thing, scratches out of the box (if this happens im sure they will replace it on the spot).

I'll be upgrading to a 64g ip5, but only because I'm STILL using my beat to crap 32g 3GS. I been able to use my upgrade for over 3.5 years. This old junker has been a tank for me. Lock screen button don't work, volume button fell off. I have to hit the circle like 80x's to back out of a app or web page. Oh yeah... I'm due. I need a new phone. BAD!

Oh and even this junker 3GS will STILL be used as a iPod after I upgrade. I have over 7k songs on it. Need more room for my 80k songs on my HD.

Imo they are but not with the app store It still needs more apps but slowly it will be. im getting the windows surface for Christmas cant wait. Its basically a a computer with a tablet screen.

I have an old t mobile 4g sidekick. It calls people, texts, and I can play apps while I'm on breaks at work. That's all I need. Hell I'm even thinking of dropping this thing so I can just txt and call. Pay 20 bucks a month through net10 or something. To each their own. I'm sure an apple phone is "cool", but calling and texting is all I need and those things don't need to be cool. Just cheap.:D. To each their own, no flaming or calling people sheeples. Ill be a sheeple with my cheap phone.lol
 
People comparing the IP5 to the Samsung GSIII, and usually the GSIII comes out on top.......BUT......look at the release dates. The IPhone was months and months behind the Samsung, and still nobody can definitively say its a better phone. IPhone is way way behind.

Just wait until March(ish) of next year when the Galaxy S 4 comes out. All these ISheep will be tucking their tails (again)
 
If the iphones dont pull something ground breaking soon there going to be done very quickly. Thats almost with all their products, just look at the Samsung Galaxy Camera they just made. Its a 21x camera with 4g and wifi with the jellybean andriod operator with a screen thats the same specs as the s3 . Thats ground breaking. Making an ipad and putting mini next to it isnt.
