he's NoT looking good. My parrot would be up and front and jumps for the food. She can actualluy jump out of the tank for food.

And how long has your parrot been in it's tank the animal guy? I'd be willing to bet it's been more than four days.
So far, I see nothing wrong with the op's parrot fish, (which by the way is not dyed) it's acting like any fish when newly introduced to a tank. I would allow a week or more for any new fish to start acting normally.

that fish WAS freaked out but now he/she is the star of the tank
swims around a lot and comes out front at feeding time
+1 a bit skinny, but looks very much like a kkp. Also agree with you on the feeding, this fish needs a little pumping up.
Sweet! Feed the heck out of the little guy, you'll soon see the awesome fish he's capable of being!
