Whats the cheapest way that you've found to feed your fish? and what size fish?

I feed my SA cichlids Hikari Gold which i get for $5 a bag and i feed my african cichlids NLS which i buy in pounds for 40ish but i forget how many pounds.

Market shrimp and pellets.

earthworms, bugs, mysis shrimp, stuff like that. All free. The mysis come from a local pond, just net a bucket full of leaves of the bottom, pick the leaves out one by one and I wind up with hundreds of em. Other than that, tetra flakes, and hikari cichlid pellets. I've got bluegill, chanell cats, bullhead, and crayfish.

NLS pellets, earth worms, blood worms, market shrimp, krill, peas, zucchini.

Neighborhood cats and dogs and sm children.

ebay for hikari cichlid gold, earthworm pellets, spirinula pellets, frozen bloodworm and i am trying shrimp/krill pellets and freeze dried gammarus when they come.
I have what is in my sig.

Daphia, mosquito larva, pellets, and fish meat, feeder. Check my album to view my ultra rare fish.

Frozen blood and brineshrimp, hikari bio gold, and nightcrawlers.
