So what do you feed your fish?

variety of frozen foods, hikari gold, tetra cichlid pellets and XL flakes.

Kensfish, cheapest food out there almost. For GT, Oscars, Bichirs, Pleco, CAE, striped Raphael. Then frozen shrimp.

What I have currently off the top of my head.

Hikari Massivore Delight
Hikari Carnivore Delight
Cichlid Flakes
Tropical Flakes
Shrimp Pellets
Algae Wafers
Mysis Shrimp
Blood Worms
Frozen Beefheart
Frozen Shrimp/Prawns
Live Night Crawlers / Wigglers
Feeders - Guppies/Rosys
FD Krill
Brine Shrimp
Tubiflex Worms
Cichlid Crisps
Hikari Cichlid Gold Pellets

and I'm sure I'm forgetting more. I like to keep it varied.

None of this cost much but I plan to try Kens food for some of it next time like the Krill as he sells it way cheaper than anywhere else I've seen.

Here is a list of what I feed my tanks. I mix it all together then just put it in a bottle and shake some in the tank.

HBH Oscar Show
Kens Premium Sinking Bits
Kens Premium Super Color Crumble #2
Kens Premium Cichlid Mix
Kens Premium Floating Cichlid Pellets 5.5mm
Kens Premium Soft & Moist Krill Xlarge 5.0mm
Kens Premium Aqua Stable 9.5mm Sinking Pellets
Kens Premium Cichlid Sticks
HBH Cichlid Flake

I also feed Ken's freeze dried tubifex worms and Ken's freeze dried Krill. From time to time I feed frozen beefheart and frozen brine shrimp.

My seven year old red devil will only eat Hikari Cichlid Gold.
