I have lost more rays in the last month than I have ever. Wild caught rays are driving me nuts.

All other than the Motoros I lost are doing fine, seemingly eating...then lose color, start erratically hitting the glass and die. My flower is doing this tonight and I thought he was doing well. Anybody know what this is?
