So who has bred their fish ?

breeding is what hooked me on fish i started with livebeares of course and moved up into ciclids from cenral and south america and just got some peacocks to try next.
common names are easy so lets stick to that

guppies out the wazoo
mollies platis
convicts 200 eggs every month
rainbows
ports aka black acara
sajica
cutteri
salvini
kribensis if these dont breed get out of the hobby because your doing something wrong
looking for a mate for my dovii
some unknown nandopsis looks like a jack w/ a long snout
geophagus peligrini
thats prob about it if you have some fry i will try anything

Season changes are easy to do for fish like giant dianos, just let a couple inches of water evaporate while slowly raising the tank temp a few degrees, then over a few days add back the water using water at the origional temp. and reset the heater to where it started. Works for bettas and weather loaches too.

add to that crayfish and dwarf frogs but those dont really count as fish
 
in the past i have bred: severums, oscars, keyhole cichlids, random mbuna (forget what kind), convicts, mollies/other wuss livebearers, trimacs, labiatus, managuense, dovii and betta.

currently i am spawning motaguense and midas cichlids, and hopefully grammodes in a couple weeks.
 
ive gotten midas to breed . jags i bought and jags i caught to breed flowerhorns

o and i got a kid does it count if i bread befor?
 
Guppies-Blue moscow, Snakeskin, Purple moscow, and a varient i made when i was young I called Royals (blotchy purple gold body, purple delta)

Guppies are what got me hooked on the hobby, when I was 11 I was selling to local pet stores. The other livebearers I bought prego and they just kept pumpin.
Bettas-plakats and HM geno mostly. Crowntails, and Veils are stupid

I haven't bred in 3 years :( it's like not eating for me, a peice dies everyday.
Oh does the Flower Ray with the stillborne we got in Peru count?
