I know im not the only one over stocked and Im sure there are others worse than me. So I am curious to see stocking numbers...

For me 55g - 30 mixed malawi

Feel free to post your filtration as well...I am running a fluval 404, 2 AC70's and a AC70 Powerhead

we have 30 in a 55gal, 60 in a 125, 150 in a 75 (1-3in. growout), 50 in another 75, and a few 35gals with 50-60 fry in each. the 35s have air filters but the the bigger tanks all have a minimum of 2 emperor 400s on each. fx5 and emperor 400 on the 125. we like to keep our tanks overstocked to reduce aggression and make good use of space. it does take a bit of finness to keep the tanks peacefull and get the right mix for each tank. just make sure to keep up with water changes and watch for excessive aggression.

:Daccording to my husband all our tanks are overstocked....even the ones with one fish...:ROFL:until all the water changes are done... then he says were okay..:D

This thread is just ASKING for the bioload police to start screaming. lol

I'm not hatin by any means.

Water parameters are important but those have been on crowded subways know the feeling of being able to breathe but not feeling comfortable... lol

I always thought I had too many with 17 in my 55g but I always want more, more, more! I think 20 is the highest I'd go and that's with half being dwarf Mbuna.

o geze PETA is gonna come after you

Well, I thought I was the only one....LOL... 46gl bow with around 20 or so,(mostly Mbnas) including a few surviving fry.. I do change 40% of the water weekly, and no problems so far.. But I do have an excuse.. Anyone coming coming to my house, swears I have no fish.. So, you'll have to find the evidence...

Just got a 120 gl 60" tank.. So, things will change soon...
