Not 1 computer--1 internet circuit. Or 2-3 circuits that all go to 1 place to be filtered by the govt. that's how 3rd world autocrats "control the internet". Sometimes it's as rudimentary as a couple websense/Ironport/bluecoat appliances and a crowd of "tech's" with packet sniffers--for a whole country.
It's sad--and inefficient. And vulnerable.
