No photoshop here bud, but thanks. Anyhow to get this effect you're going to need an overhead flash. I use my cheap simple rebel xsi paired with an overhead flash, my 580ex speedlite. I set the f-stop between F5 and F8 with a shutter speed of 1/160 to make sure the back ground of the tank even thought fully lit at the time of the picture, will wash out almost completely. Basically let the flash do the light filling to for you. After a few exposures, I was able to find the right setting on the flash with the setting of 1/32 power. It was a lot to learn from the start, and take a lot of practice to get it all down. But well worth the effort.
