Since it's salt... I'd go with a bucktail jig with a pork strip trailer... Still one lure!

how about a heavy action spinning rod spooled with braided 50lb line, a package of 1/2 oz bell sinkers and 2 dozen 1/0 hookes, some wire leaders and a medium action spinning rod spooled with 8lb line, some split shot sinkers, a dozen size 8 baitholder hooks and a 3/8oz rooster tail(that's my one lure)
but in reality i'd settle for a 200yd spool of 15lb line, my pocket knife and a flint.
