Yep i wounder if anyone gotten a fish and keep it for his tank? i know surf perch would be impossible to keep cuz they need sand crabs.

you can feed surf perch anything. and sand crabs arent hard to catch.

talk to oddball. i think it was hin who kept Leopard sharks, perch, sovel nose, and rays. if it wasnt him im sure he'll know who it is.

Not many aquarists are able to keep Leopard sharks as they grow large requiring large systems and large chillers to keep the temperatures down. I believe it was Oddball who use to breed them back in the day, I personally have a few Leopards as well in my collection.

im a surf fisher and a boogie boarder so i know both ends of the story. i usually give the swimmers the right of way but i also hate it when i get cut from a wave cuz some selfish punk is casting his line.

im actually going out this sat morning...

really you need a pool to keep them. you might get away with a smooth hound in an aquarium, but not a leo for long.
