You can take them any way you want... just be prepared for them to be there for several hours at a minimum.

ill have green terrors and jaguar cichlids, i know they comen should i even bother they should be about an inch by then. i have a bucket with batt operated air pump but bagies would be best for parting out 4 free, ur right it might be too long... how long you think???

I had the same question, I have some archocentrus multispinosa fry that'll be about 1.5+" but they're not that rare, I just plan to trade and/or give them away. I was going to just put them in a little picnic cooler type thing and have bags and a net to bag them for people if they want it, rather than stressing them out by bagging them one by one, etc.

BTW, I just watched the Animal Planet special on John's tank and was amazed. I think that was the final determining factor that made me say "There's no way I'm missing a chance to see THAT in person!"
