Is there anyone who is interested in getting into a group buy for F0 (wild caught) altum angels? The seller is in Texas and I've bought wild discus from him before, and he is a qualified sponsor on the SimplyDiscus.com website. Each angel is $15. I am trying to reconfirm the size, but it appears that they are most likely a quarter (coin size) to ~2 inches based on the picture I have seen.

To give you a sense of shipping costs, last time I shipped from airport to airport, and it cost me I think $75 via Southwest to Santa Ana Airport (i.e. OC John Wayne Airport). So I'd be interested to do the same shipping arrangement. The shipments usually arrive on the 3-4pm flight on weekdays if I am not wrong.

Please pm me if you are interested in getting into a group buy and splitting shipping cost. I'd like to finalize any potential group buy people within a week to 10 days.

let's get another 2-3 people in on this and i think we will be all set

that will work out to be ~$20/person for shipping and however many fish you want. altums are seasonally collected and god knows they are the best looking angels around (except Victoria's... *drool* :drool::drool::drool:)
 
alright, i called up the seller and we have to push the response deadline to TUESDAY THIS WEEK (JULY 22)!
they are selling like hot cakes.

FISH ARE NICKEL TO QUARTER INCH AND HAVE BEEN ACCLIMATED TO PH 8.0 AND TDS OF 300PPM I.E. SOMETHING LIKE TAP WATER. THEY ARE EATING TETRA BITS AND FROZEN BLOODWORMS. ALTUMS THIS SIZE HAVE A MUCH BETTER CHANCE OF MAKING IT AS OPPOSED TO LARGE SPECIMENS.

i am arranging to have this shipment arrive this friday (July 25). shipping should arrive around 3pm or something like that.

if you are serious, please arrange to paypal me first for total number of fish you want. shipping will be airport to airport and we will pay for shipping charges at the airport pick up area when we get the fish. include the 3% paypal charge when you paypal me.

It's not listed on his auctions. It's $20 though which is pretty cheap. You have to email him 1st and then he will tell you. It's only in the summer when he charges $20 for shipping.
 
oh my gosh!!!!!!!! count me in.. PM sent. i can start setting up a tank in the morning.. they can have an entire 60 gal tank all to themselves.. i don't even have to go out and buy bio-spira, i have an extra tube in the fridge!!!!!!
