SoCal Fires, You guys ok?

I'm some 5 miles away from the flames.. i could see the Yorba Linda fire... I'm safe, but i know lots of people in the OC have lost homes already..
 
Glad most people are safe...
 
We're doing fine here in Camarillo. We have the Montecito fire north of us and the Yorba Linda fire south of us. If it's this hot in the fall...it better be freezing in the summer. Thanks for the thoughts!!
 
I woke up this morning and all my families cars are cover in ash and I haven't gone outside all weekend it's so gnarly outside and live like and hour away from the fire.

they get these hurricane force winds called the santa anna winds.. and because they hardly get enough rain the thunder storm {lightining} can set off fires that go out of control because everything is dry as can be..also people accidently and on purpose cause the fires...but it is the wind that makes them deadly..
